stuck on loading screen (waylay screen) after I installed the game

I got new pc yesterday so I installed all the drivers then valorant, secure boot is enabled, and the valorant still stuck on the waylay screen I tried reinstalling and nothing changed. Im considering reinstalling windows so please if someone can help..
