How do I manage a DEV team?
My friend and I decided to start making a Minecraft server on Minecraft Java Edition™. However, we aren't experienced with running a developer team or creating Minecraft server plugins. How should we establish are Dev team within discord?
More specifically, we want to know what we should ask on our developer application, how we should setup dev channels and communications and how we should monitor progress and share the project with everyone.
If this is useful to any of you, we are using Minecraft 1.8.9.
