got Error: connect ETIMEDOUT when running wrangler dev --remote
I'm using proxy so it begin with: "Proxy environment variables detected. We'll use your proxy for fetch requests", then, after a while, this error appears.
By the way, the proxy works well.

where to set the devtools browser in vscode for cloudflare workers?
I can't see devtools running when running "npx wrangler dev --remote", need to check out the reason
