This issue right here is tied to nvidia drivers, and pretty unrelated to which OStree deployment is selected, I think?
In short, boot process takes forever and kicks you back to SDDM

Probably a shot in the dark, but I had a similar but not identical issue. Im using a different distro (NixOS) and didn't have this issue since using early kernel modesetting. I wanted to try that out as well on my brothers machine, but didn't even know if bazzite already does that, and if not, how to get it working with rpm-ostree
