setting up a cloudflare tunnel
i’m currently trying to set up a port tunnel to use my self hosted jellyfin instance while not on my local network, i followed the documentation to create a remotely-managed tunnel, so i installed cloudflared on my server and created a new tunnel, pointing from http://localhost:8096/ to a jellyfin subdomain on my domain, then i tried visiting http://jellifin.[domain].xyz:8096 but there’s nothing on that. could i have messed something up?

help with nameservers
a guy that had access to my domain on namecheap somehow thought the domain was his and not mine and he removed the cloudflare nameservers, now everything is broken, and cloudflare still thinks the domain works. how do i reset it (or just get the nameservers addresses) to fix it?
