Crosshair freezes When I Flick
I thought so. Just wanted to see before I bought a new mouse. Its all good with my new one.

Sudden ping increase in the game
Could be something with the servers. They tend to be kinda inconsistent. I personally usually average 20 due to distance from the data centers, but the game will almost always show a network error. That could be a visual glitch though.
