WAF Rules Arent working

Hello can someone please help me i've made cloudflare WAF Rules but they arent working/triggering anyone has it Here are my rules below

Hello, my WAF Rules arent being trigged how do i trigger it? Because it isnt trigging and cf protection is on! And its taken down my website!
