Cloudflare performance issues

We have noticed that our site is running very slowly, with noticeable delays in loading CDN resources and images. Upon investigating the issue, we observed that the Cloudflare status page indicates that all three Points of Presence (PoPs) in Pakistan are rerouted. We suspect that this may be contributing to the performance degradation we are experiencing.

Cloudflare & PTCL in Pakistan

We are using Cloudflare on our website. It's running very slow when we are on PTCL internet but it works fine when we switch to any other network. Is there any known issue of Cloudflare with PTCL internet? Any IP and access limitation?
