Billing Issue / DNS records / SSL/TLS
Hello,
We are experiencing issues with connecting our domain to Shopify. Although we’ve followed the necessary steps to set up the domain, we keep receiving the error:
"Your domain has a Cloudflare Proxy, which is not supported by Shopify."
Here’s what we’ve already done to address the issue:
Removed all DNS records from our Cloudflare account, as we will no longer be using their services.
Set the SSL/TLS Certificate to "Off."
Updated the DNS records on our host provider and switched to freedns.si instead of Cloudflare.
Background:
We were previously using a WooCommerce website and relied on Cloudflare for DNS services. However, we are now transitioning to Shopify and no longer need Cloudflare. Unfortunately, we’re encountering persistent issues when trying to fully disconnect Cloudflare from our domain.
Problems we are facing:
When attempting to remove the domain from Cloudflare, we receive the error:
"Could not run legacy post zone sub request against new zone products: failed to update user subscription: failed to apply object products: You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so on your Billing page."
When we try to click "Remove from Cloudflare" under the domain, we see the error:
"You don’t have permission to take this action. Contact your account admin."
Could you please assist us in resolving these issues so we can completely remove Cloudflare from the domain and ensure proper connection with Shopify?
