So I have Xbox one X and my valorant doesn't work it says " the game is incompatible, or try 2% on X|S version"

CANT BUY VP, NO IDEA WHY
i bought vp many times b4 through my card, and 2 days ago i decided to buy some again, except i couldnt. i tried through diff cards but i just couldnt. any idea why its happening?
