AFK Penalties
Hello I’m kinda new to valorant, I have connection problems and get lagged out often. I love the game and love to play ranked, I play mostly unranked so I don’t leave a ranked game and get worse penalties but I always join back and still get penalties.

Changing my regions
I am currently in the wrong region, my games are laggy and bad and I just unlocked ranked, can I get help I asked customer support but it takes forever
