Asking for improvements
It’s a bit challenging to provide feedback based solely on the video, but I would suggest slightly increasing the font size on larger screens.
Regarding usability and accessibility, it’s important to minimize the need for excessive mouse movement between fields, as well as unnecessary eye or head movements. To improve the experience, I might have considered implementing a one-, two-, and three-column layout.
