sorry let me clarify, users on desktop were unable to hear the sound alerts. they were able to see static images but not the sound alerts or see pop up events.

so we got it to work by entering text, but my viewers weren't hearing the sound alerts. or seeing the visuals pop up.

i got the sound alerts to play on my stream, but the text didn't appear. Also, I could hear the sound alert but my viewers couldn't hear it. I was able to have a static text box on screen but not one that triggered as an event. We noticed that one of the viewers that was on mobile not even the static text box showed up, but my desktop viewers could see the text box
