Postgres db cannot be accessed through Power BI connection

Hi ! I have tried to establish a connection from my railway Postgres database to PowerBi using the correct credentials, when I try to do so I get this error: "existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host". Does Railway allow this kind of connections ? Do I have to do some special configuration to allow this kind of connections ? Thank you ! Project: 1372ce03-d709-4acd-a10a-a4cb97d3a012
