Quick feedback on the S3 support of AWS
cc @Sid | R2 if that's of interest, this is a drift from the AWS S3 multipart compatibility, only glacier requires all parts to be of equal size.

AWS S3 says each part must be of the same size only on multipart uploads to S3 glacier. But S3 standard doesn't have this requirement, and I could test it it works.

Solved: parts in MultipartUpload from CompleteMultipartUploadCommand must be ordered by partNumber. The error should be InvalidPartOrder though, not EntityTooSmall

I added a new DNS record on Cloudflare, but it's not updating for my SSL certificate.
I believe I have the same issue, some SSL certificates from Universal SSL are marked as "pending" for hours now.
