I got banned for no reason after submitting a ticket
I got the same issue. Submitted a ticket to change my regions as I'm staying in Asia and my VP store currency is in USD. Got banned shortly after answering 20 questions about the account information and got banned for 'insufficient information' despite filling in all questions truthfully and what i believed to be correct. Shortly after, i got suspended and sent quite a few tickets but to no avail. Gave up soon after.

Ok, ive found the solution for all the lazy bums. Go to Twitch, click on your icon and press Drops & Rewards then 'All Campaigns', scroll down and find Arcane and click on the highlighted 'a participating live channel'. Click on any of the streamers channels [Drops Enabled] and just watch for 20 fucking minutes. Then, click back to Inventory in Drops & Rewards to check your progress.

Yes , you will still get twitch drops when watching the rebroadcast. Just make sure that you link your Riot Games account to the twitch account that you will be watching the rebroadcast with.
