Whenever I get a new follower for example it isn't using the follow alert I have set up, any reasons why and how I can potentially fix it?

Audio/ Music
Anyone know if there are any ways to input music/ audio over a overlay for instance on a Stream starting soon overlay having some background music play before it starts, if so can someone guide me.
