Cannot pair Xbox One controllers (bazzite Nvidia image)

Hey guys, Want to see if this is something anyone has come across. Just set up the latest bazzite Nvidia image on my HTPC and I cannot get Xbox controllers to connect with Bluetooth. They won’t even pair, I can see the controller in the pairing menu but I just get a generic pairing failed error after the controller vibrates a few times. Any ideas for where I should start troubleshooting this?
