might have broken something as I had originally created an account with this username, then deleted that account and created another one with the same name.

Weird SSL errors for LAN connections
Well I noticed it comes with stuff that's on by default like Tailscale that I don't even want to use. I disabled it and it appears to have removed its network interface, so I'm just considering any extra software that could be modifying existing network behaviour
