Hi so basically my riot games account was banned for 1 year on valorant on my pc, when i installed valorant on ps5 i put the banned riot account. Now when i enter the gamr it tells me account locked and it doesnt let me change accounts

error code VAN 84 mid game

I have a problem, in 1/2 games my valorant crashes mid game and it gives me this error: VALORANT HAS ENCOUNTERED A CONNECTION ERROR, PLEASE RELAUNCH THE CLIENT TO RECONNECT
