NS ERROR NET PARTIAL TRANSFER on .mp3 files
Hi guys, hope you are well. I'm writing since we are facing a sort of issue on a client's WordPress based website that hosts .mp3 files. The website is proxied by Cloudflare. The website is a radio website and provides the radio streamings and also registrations of the past radio programs and podcasts. The .mp3 files I'm addressing are the registrations of the past programms that are served via FTP and are available for the programs streammed in the last 24 hours. Once you play the .mp3 files and go through its timeline, some times (not always) the audio suddendly stops and does not work, some times it takes a lot to play the ausio again, especially if you go far back or forward the track timeline. By analyzing through Firefox and Chrome dev tools, we face the following error code: NS_ERROR_NET_PARTIAL_TRANSFER We know that this error may be caused by many things, amongst them I can address the .mp3 files weight, the internet connnection client-side, some issues (502 errors for time out of requests) server-side. So... we have already changed the .mp3 files encoding: first it was 278k (each file was heavy in terms of MB), now it is 128k. Yet the issue kept happening. We also check Cloudflare settings and set a rule that force the caching of these files, that - by analysing them - resulted to be bypassed by cache. Now the rule is distributing, but we are not seeing any chance by now. Hope you can help me further. Thanks a lot
