#help I am a legitimate and loyal player but have been permanently banned for “using third party software”. Even now, I have not seen anything unusual when I check my game data using TRN, and now I request a re-verification of my account data and all game records, this is the only way to prove that I am not using any third-party software. I have submitted many tickets, but your agents seem unwilling to help me.
