My stretch res does not work I have tried so many ways and methods there are yet it does not work. Mabye is it becuse I have a intel laptop intel graphics card? I don’t know but pls help

Stretched resolution on intel laptops.
I have a HP specture 360x and I want to get stretched res. i've tried every method but it seems to not at all work. Is it because im doing it wrong or is it because intel and laptop screen dont support this thing?
