Request for Review of 2-Week AFK Ban Due to Game Crashes
Dear Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that has resulted in a 2-week ban on my account for AFK behavior. Unfortunately, this ban was triggered by game crashes that I have been experiencing frequently, rather than intentional AFK behavior. My game crashes most of the time during matches, which is beyond my control. As a result, I was unable to rejoin the game in time, leading to an automatic AFK penalty. I understand the importance of maintaining fair gameplay, but I assure you that I did not intend to disrupt the game or inconvenience other players. I kindly request that you review my case and consider removing the ban, as it was caused by technical issues rather than deliberate actions.
