I cant change a graphic pack
There is a chance the Mod pack you have installed in your FiveM only loads in servers with Pure mode on, RSM doesn't have Pure mode on so it won't be able to show.

you are missing DLC packs for your game. you will need to reinstall your GTAV or install the missing files that you lost

Nope, Server 1 and 2 are the only servers you can play and you cant make a private server in rsm

tbh i dont see the problme here, if you want to spawn in a plane go to pvp & sandbox and chill in passive mode, and if you want to spawn in a plane in chill & drfit, consider buying supporter
