Network & Lag Issue
its probably packet loss for the network issue and thats because you are playing on wifi definitly invest in an ethernet cable and spend the time routing it throgh your house it is well worth the time and money and as for the fps issue i have no clus so i cant help ya there

Cannot buy VP
just go on amazon and purchase a valorant vp card with that masterrcard you have amazon will email you the code in like 5 min problem solved
