If I remember correctly, open the bios screen by pressing F2 repeatedly while turning on your computer (I don't know the asus bios screen, but I will describe it based on my own bios screen). From your bios screen, you need to activate "Secure Boot" in the "security" or "boot" section.

I don't know if it will help, but is there a problem with your internet connection? Sometimes these situations can be caused by internet problems (slowness, disconnection, etc.). I can only think of this situation and I don't know what else.
Also, if the problem is not internet related, have you tried deleting and restoring?
