I am reaching out to address an issue with my account. I have been a loyal customer for three years and have invested both time and money into building up my account. Unfortunately, I encountered an unexpected situation when I lent my account to a friend who used third-party programs without my knowledge.
I want to clarify that I, personally, have never engaged in any form of cheating or support such activities. I take full responsibility for allowing my friend access to my account, and I assure you that I've learned my lesson.
The third-party program my friend used was a lobby changer, mainly for cosmetic purposes, and not intended to disrupt or harm other players' experiences. I understand the importance of fair play, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If needed, I am willing to cooperate and provide any information that may assist in resolving this matter. Additionally, I can help identify the source of these third-party programs, such as the individual mentioned in the YouTube link (https://www.youtube.com/@FrostLIVE), who appears to be promoting and distributing such content.
