it says that i cant connect and when i search van 152 up it says how to unban bla bla bla, but in the riot client it doesn't say that i have been banned what do i do. and i have sent mail to riot games but they never fucking respond

Need help with val crashing
it says valorant has encountered a connection problem. and then it says i have to like open the client again for it to reconnect
i have re-launched the client, re-downloaded the client deleted val and downloaded it again and resetted my pc. watched youtube vids about vgc and stuff none work
