Windows key/alt+tab not working ingame

delay in voice chat and chat
sometimes whenever i play and i try to talk i have to hold the button for very long before it shows the vc icon and only then i can talk. the vc doesnt dissapear for the time that it took for it to appear, its the same with chat. i send and it takes a couple seconds to send.
