Can’t play valorant on xbox / error
When i start valorant when i press continue on the loading screen it says "Failed to create account" "You do not meet the required conditions"
Please help me if you have an idea how to’fix this / know how to

Error while launching the game on xbox
So basically when i installed valorant on xbox with da code and stuff and when i start the game it says ’’ Failed to create account" and under it says "You do not meet the required conditions"
And every time i load the game on my xbox it says that.
