Riot Dev abusing his powers

Can a (german) riot dev contact me, i need help on a very Strange situation, my acc got "suspended from playing" for a few minutes for "using third Party tools", which never happened. My duomate told me the game ended with the Red "Cheater detected" screen but i got unbanned after 3 minutes, so i guess an enemy Player/enemy players friend is a riot dev and just abused his powers because we were 10-1 in lead. I also got the error Code "VAN -79" which i cant find anywhere... #community-help
