Is anyone actually attending to Support Tickets or the Cloudflare Community posts?
We had an urgent billing ticket submitted over one week ago without any replies from a Cloudflare employee (even after multiple follow-ups from us). Similarly, we've posted in the Cloudflare Community pages and also received radio silence. What's happening? Is Cloudflare losing / sacking employees?
