Metro royals issues
Hello, I was playing Metro royals just now but it kicked me out after the match finished. It stated the mode is still in beta testing and and I have not been invited. I was just playing though and there was one more week. What happened? I already tried in-game support and of course that not is no help

Happened to me and 3 of my friends as well
Just yesterday
So dumb/i get banned for dropping my pal a vest after he loses his in rad
What they should do is what they do for a game called Badlanders where if someone drops you loot you can use it but you cannot unequip it-and then set it so you don’t gain loot until you put it into your inventory
Problem solved- you can help people play but they don’t get loot ranking from it

Hello pg mobile, I can't enter metro royale on one of my accounts cause it says that it's under beta testing and I haven't been invited to play it but yet I can still play it on my other account and all my friends can also play it except me, pls I need a solution
Same issue, what is this all about? I've tried every way possible to get ahold of customer service at pubg from in the game and through the web
But to no avail

Hi I got two months temperory ban mistakeally now I want to unban my account to parches m 10 royal pass I also request pubg in my contact but they rejected my request I am very disappointed please help

Haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone as well-in game support is non-existent. People are saying it’s for illegal trades for money. All I have ever done is to shoot people I friends with and dropping them their gear they lose in advanced. It’s ridiculous
