I am finding that if i have created a SignalK path within node-red and then try and subscribe to that path in a different flow it doesnt like it and i get no data through. To get it round it i'm creating Global variables and just keeping it all in node-red. Is this expected behaviour (or is anyone else experiencing this?)

How are you “creating a signalk path”?
Oh. Wait. There is a reason for this and a fix…. Trying to remember! 🤣
In your subscribe node set the source to “signalk-node-red”
That's sorted it. Amazing, thank you! I swear you always reply so quickly. Do you ever sleep?!
