GPU load doesn't rise above 20-50%
You know that GPU load needs to be around 100%, but in my case it doesn't happening. Why? i don't know. I can play cyberpunk 2077 on my PC on medium-high settings in 60 fps without any upscaling, but silly block game just don't wanna work properly
Iris version? - 1.8.8
Mods? - Fabulously Optimized + Distant horizons
GPU? - 1660s
GPU Drivers? - latest
OS? - Windows 10
Pagefile? - already setup properly

IMPORTANT NOTE: my minecraft worked properly like a year ago on 1.20.1, i thought that installing everything latest would be better, but it kinda ruined everything.
