Does anyone know how to fix it?
I know I need to grand permission for PUBGM to access the storage, but the problem is my phone only giving me this option (media only). so the data can't be accessed because of the phone only allow to accessing media.
Fyi I use realme 6 as a device

Got you. There are a few other things you can try.
1. Delete app data (without uninstalling the app) and restart the game.
2. Update Play Store and try reinstalling the game again. You can do this from Play Store > Settings > About > tap on Update Play Store under Play Store version....

Could you try uninstalling and then re-installing the app?
Please select "allow all" when it asks for storage permissions.
Re-installing? Well I've done it for like 6-7 times and also allowing the permission
I don't know why, but my phone only allowing media only. Also they allowing another 3rd party app with full access

Got you. There are a few other things you can try.
1. Delete app data (without uninstalling the app) and restart the game.
2. Update Play Store and try reinstalling the game again. You can do this from Play Store > Settings > About > tap on Update Play Store under Play Store version.
3. Disable developer options if you have it enabled. Reset app preferences from Device Settings > Apps > Manage apps > Other settings > Reset app preferences. Restart your device and reinstall the game after following these steps.
4. Download the APK version from https://pubgmobile.com/ and see if you still face the same issue.
5. Change your DNS settings and restart PUBG MOBILE again. You can find more information on how to change your DNS settings in #faq sub point 4.3.
6. Factory reset your device and try again.
