I have a java player who sees this at their base:
And a bedrock player sees this at the same base
What could be causing this?
When they move around these random lines dissapear
This is happening on a 1.21.4 paper server
What plugins you have?
What mods does the player have?
Is the server modded?
Does this happen to other players too?
All the plugins. And no the server is not modded and the player doesnt have any mods.
This is happening to everyone in that area/base. When I went there my screen was fine though

In the java picture it looks like the worldborder. Is it that?
If not, maybe try a binary search

Binary search your plugins
Remove half of your non-essential (ie not things like PAPI or LuckPerm) plugins and see if the problem is fixed.
If it still persists, the cause is in the half still installed.
Continue to halve the remaining plugins until you've narrowed it down to a single plugin.
