Cant change language / go over configurations

The dashboard the following request when I access - https://dash.cloudflare.com/profile/managed-profile/preferences Request URL: https://dash.cloudflare.com/api/v4/user/communication_preferences Request Method: GET Status Code: 404 When I try to change my language using the top bar menu, the PUT method fails. Request URL: https://dash.cloudflare.com/api/v4/user/communication_preferences Request Method: PUT Status Code: 404 Account ID - 15685db9d45942a2040643bb0a0ccec1 It's been like this for more then 30 days already.
