I emailed on [email protected] and i got this answer: "Upon verification, we found that the review of the previous claim in your account was not passed as the answers provided were incorrect or a less-used device was used to answer the questions. Therefore, to ensure the security of your account and its assets, we are unable to reset the link on the provided game account." my device were no longer trusted device on the account, what am I supposed to do now? Note: but I can show almost all the UC purchased to proof I am the owner of the account

this case is same as mine, the hacker remove my device as a trusted device on my account
