Valorant doesn't want to launch

I haven't been playing Valorant for like a year now. Recently bought a new PC and wanted to play the game again. Downloaded the Riot client from website, loaded the game and it just won't run. Perhaps just I'm being very dumb or blind, but I have no idea what's wrong. I tried:

Restarting PC multiple times
Shutting off + on PC a few times (u know, just maybe restarting wasn't enough but actually turning PC off and on would do the job)
Repairing and rechecking game files in the client (perhaps something went wrong while downloading)
Disabling antivirus for time being AND for Valorant specifically just in case

Nothing worked and I'm just left with confusion. If anyone knows how to fix it - please let me know, I'll appreciate it a lot
