Need someone who works with tencent or level infinity or whoever runs the in game servers
I was playing livik and I just jumped out of the plane and my game froze and crashed now this has happened once like 2 or 3 years ago but didn't lose anything so I opened the game again really fast and I saw this

And I lost 20 rank points
Just because of a game bug
The game didn't even use this to protect the points
And this also effected my KD
I've been playing really hard
And losing KD and rank points like this is not just unacceptable but also is pissing me off
You guys are gonna have to do something about this
And at least give me my rank points back
And I used discord to contact you guys because I know using the in game support will take like 3 days
wait for in game support, pubgm discord server does not offer much help

It's not fair I spent half an hour grinding just to lose those points because of a game bug
i don't think that will happen. Instead of wasting time waiting, play another game that will only cost you 30 minutes to get back those lost points
