i already sent a claim to the website and yet, why is it still rejected 0.0
please help me, i've spent a lot inside PUBG mobile.
so here's the story...
my account got hacked, and then the hacker sell my account . . 😭
when the hacker hack my account, he's not just hack my PUBG mobile account, but also remove my linked social media from my account and he reset my phone. so everything gone.
can you please help me to recover my account so that i can get back my account . . . 🥲🥲

If you have tried using both of the in-game recovery tool and the recovery form, but both of them are rejected. Your only option is to contact the in-game customer service directly if you still require assistance.

how to contact in-game customer service?
because i try to contact, but the customer service keep on saying that i need to use account recovery tool

Go to your in-game settings, you will find it in the bottom of your screen, or via the login menu of the game, you can find it on the top right of your screen. And you should do what they suggest.

actually i just want a little bit attention from PUBG mobile service team..., maybe there's many people has the same case as mine.. many of them got hacked and then the hacker sell it. i believe it that im not alone
