Help with account

Account: 5533991272 So recently my wife filed a charge back in our credit card for an apple purchase since she didn't know what the charge was. Unfortunately I got a 365 day banned. My questions are: How much pending UC does the account have? How do I pay the pending balance? Would my account get unbanned once I pay the UC or does it still banned me for the 365 days? Thanks!
