i think option c hona chaiye since they have only said gene of interest no ori so A is gone B cannot be right since organism is working before being transformed and no ori so E is also wrong sir is saying d hoga

have they mentioned its ligated at ori? could be anywhere on the plasmid if its at other places than ori wont be affected

hm, question says theres 'only gene of interest'... but im not sure if there even exist vectors without oris, i mean ive never heard of them personally but i could be wrong kiiiinda ambiguous question if i may say so myself
