CoolerControl unable to correctly interpret fan statistics or control them
it claims to be on 100% for all system fans, but the fans are quite clearly not as i can tell by the sound and comparing to actually setting them to full in the mobo bios
plus the manual setting doesn't do anything when i set it to 0 or 100

i'm having major noise issues with the fans and have replacement fans on the way in the mail, but for now i have to find a workaround because the noise they're making is psychologically painful
my aim here is to set them to full blast, because i've found that this reduces the annoying noise to a point where it's manageable
but that's no good if coolercontrol isn't going to help me do that
You might have run into the same or similar issue I had where it detects that chipset erroneously. Which motherboard do you have?
You can set the fan speeds to max in bios until you get lm-sensors sorted
