Quality preset doesn't change...
For some reason, when I change the quality preset, it doesn't change nothing in the quality, also when I get out of the DH menu, it goes back to "custom". Tried uninstalling and installling again, didn't work, could someone help?

If the quality preset changes to custom, nothing has actually changed, its a known bug

no, your config is still the same, nothing to worry about
also DH can't render blocks with a higher quality than one block, the ones visible in your screenshot are already at the max quality

changing from high to extreme is gonna more affect how good the LODs look further away

@Skillnoob_ any way to fix this difference in the color between the real blocks and the DH?
are you talking about the blocks on the right where it transitions from the wheat
if so, you can add that block to the exclusion list in the DH settings

DH doesn't render textures, it uses a noise texture
nothing you can do about that, thats just how DH works
