I want to sincerely apologize for my actions. I understand that using any third-party tools or cheats is a violation of the game’s fair play policy, and I take full responsibility for my mistake.
This was the first time I used such tools, and I truly regret it. PUBG Mobile is one of my favorite games, and I have spent countless hours enjoying it. I kindly ask for a second chance. If possible, please consider lifting or reducing my ban. I promise to never repeat this mistake and to play fairly from now on.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service regardless of who was using an account.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension....

If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
