Please help. My account has been banned for 60 days and I can't file a complaint. I entered the game. Every time I file a complaint, an error message appears online. I tried several different networks and fixed the problem. I entered the game to no avail. I also tried filing a complaint via email. I was told that I should file a complaint. I entered the game. Also, a reply was received here yesterday that the ban was lifted for all accounts, but it did not happen. Is there a solution? Please help.

You can send an email to [email protected] for further assistance regarding the ban in the mean time....

@delfin I sent an email and received a reply saying I need to file a complaint about my in-game account to confirm that it is my account but I can't due to a network issue. Please, I really hope you can help me.

I am sorry to hear that. In that case, you will need to report this issue as a bug from https://pubgmobile.live/support and then appeal in-game when the issue is fixed.

Choose "Bug" as the request and submit a video recording of the network issue you are facing when trying to submit an appeal. You will also need to answer the other questions.

You can only appeal for accounts that have been banned for 10 years from https://pubgmobile.live/support. You will need to wait until the issue gets fixed to be able to appeal in-game for your account's ban.
