Ultimate available at 13 and actually when its 13 so it starts 3 hours after can someone explain to me?

Hello, it starts at 13:00 according to the UTC+0 time zone. This time is not displayed according to your own time zone.
The countdown is correct. If your time zone is UTC+3, Ultimate Royale would be available from 16:00 until 02:00 (UTC+3)....
